Description

Make a statement with this colourful and unique art glass centrepiece.

The patterning starts with the making of small pebble shaped objects, each one enlivened with a
distorted grid of trailed lines which are picked up as a hot glass bubble is rolled over them.

During the process of blowing the pattern becomes stretched and distorted and the ‘pebbles’ merge into one another, resulting in a striking one-off piece.

Created by British artist Bob Crooks and signed to the base.
